What Kids is
Children’s classes are not adult classes made shorter. They are built around attention span and a growing body: games that teach rhythm, floor exercises instead of loaded jumps, and a small performance at the end of term — the part children remember.
What to bring to the first class
Comfortable clothes with no hood or drawstrings, soft shoes, and a water bottle with a name on it.
