Who is responsible
ArtDance LLC, Yerevan, Armenia, is the controller of your personal data. Questions and requests: legal@artdance.am.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone and language; bookings, orders and payments; messages you send us; and technical data such as device type and pages visited. Card numbers never reach our servers.
Why we use it
To run bookings and orders, to send confirmations and reminders, to prevent fraud, to comply with accounting law, and — separately and only with your consent — to send you a newsletter.
How long we keep it
Account data until you delete the account, then 30 days days of grace in case you change your mind. Financial records are kept for 5 years years as the law requires; raw analytics for 180 days days.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data in a portable format, and withdrawal of marketing consent at any time. Write to legal@artdance.am and we answer within thirty days.
How we protect it
Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access limited by role and logged, and rate limits on sign-in. No system is perfect, and if a breach affects you we will tell you.
Complaints
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia.
