When money comes back, how much of it, and how long it takes.
What this covers
Everything paid on the platform: classes, private lessons, hall rentals, event tickets, shop orders and gift cards. Each has its own rule, listed below.
Classes and lessons
Cancel more than 24 hours before the start and you get everything back. Later than that we keep 50% of the price. A no-show is not refunded. If the provider cancels, you get the full amount regardless of timing.
Shop orders
Unworn items with their tags can be returned within 14 days days of delivery; we refund the price of the goods. Return shipping is yours unless the item arrived faulty.
Gift cards
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The balance stays usable for 12 months months and can be spent across several bookings.
How the money comes back
Always to the payment method used for the purchase — we cannot redirect a refund to another card or to cash. We send it the same day; your bank adds its own processing time.
If you disagree
Write to support@artdance.am with the booking or order number before contacting your bank. A chargeback freezes the case for weeks; we can usually settle it the same day.
