One rule for everyone, recorded at the moment of booking so it cannot change afterwards.
Free cancellation
Up to 24 hours before the session starts, cancellation is free and the refund is full. The window is shown on the booking itself.
Late cancellation
Inside the window we keep 50% of the price. This is not a penalty for its own sake: an hour that late cannot be resold, and the instructor has already arranged their day around it.
No-show
Not turning up without cancelling is charged in full. Cancelling late always costs less than not cancelling at all.
Moving a booking
Up to 2 times per booking, no later than 12 hours before the start, subject to availability. A more expensive slot requires paying the difference.
If the provider cancels
You receive the full amount back whatever the timing, plus the closest alternatives for the same style and level. Repeated cancellations affect a provider’s standing in the catalogue.
Hall rentals
Studio bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. Minimum rental is 60 minutes.
