Fill the hours your hall stands empty.
Rehearsal and teaching space rented by the hour, to instructors and dancers who are already on the platform looking for a room.
What you get
Bookings in the gaps
Mornings and weekday afternoons are the hours studios lose. They are exactly the hours dancers rehearse in.
One calendar, no phone calls
Availability, minimum rental time and buffers are set once. Nobody books a hall that is already taken.
Paid before the door opens
Rental is paid online in advance, so a no-show is not your loss.
A profile that works as a shopfront
Photos, floor, mirrors, sound, area and district — everything renters ask on the phone, answered before they call.
How it works
Tell us about the space
Address, area, floor type, equipment, photos and your hourly rate.
We check and publish
A quick review of the details and the photos, then the hall appears in the rental catalogue.
Open your hours
Set working hours, minimum rental of 60 minutes and the days you keep for yourself.
Take rentals
Bookings arrive with the renter’s details paid in advance, and payouts run weekly.
What it costs
You set the hourly rate. We add nothing on top of it for the renter and take our share only from a paid booking.
- Platform commission on a rental: 12%
- Free cancellation window for renters: 48 hours
- Payouts weekly, 3 days days after the rental, from AMD 20,000
- You keep the right to refuse a booking that does not suit the hall
What we ask for
- A room fit for dancing: a proper floor, ventilation, a place to change.
- Proof that you may rent the space out.
- Photos and equipment lists that match reality — renters check on arrival.
- A calendar you keep up to date.
