What Ballroom is
Ballroom is a codified system of ten dances with strict frames, taught in couples from the first class. The technique transfers — posture, lead and follow, floorcraft — which is why couples preparing for a wedding and dancers preparing for competitions share the same room.
What to bring to the first class
Shoes with a suede sole, clothes with a defined waist, a partner if you have one — if not, we rotate.
